Align
A beginners reformer Pilates class designed to help you build a strong foundation through controlled movement, mindful breathwork, and proper alignment. Expect a full-body workout that focuses on core strength, posture, flexibility, and stability in a supportive and welcoming environment. Perfect for those new to Reformer Pilates, Align moves at a steady pace with clear guidance to help you feel confident, connected, and balanced from the inside out. It is recommended you start with only 1 or 2 Align classes before moving on to try Control.

Control
A traditional reformer Pilates class blending classical foundations with contemporary movement. Expect a full body workout focused on alignment, control and strength. This open level class is layered with progressions, making it suitable for both beginners and more advanced movers. This class will leave you feeling strong, stable and in control.

Elevate
A dynamic, high-energy reformer class featuring stronger flows, creative sequences and seamless transitions. Designed to challenge strength, coordination and stamina, all set to motivating music and leaves you feeling energised, empowered and elevated.

Those who are confident on the reformer (at least 5 control classes first is recommended)

Reset
A slow, restorative reformer class designed to release tension and restore balance. Expect gentle, mindful movement, longer holds and a combination of static and dynamic stretches to calm the nervous system and leave the body feeling open, relaxed and reset.
