Mum & Baby Reformer Course
A supportive 6 week postnatal reformer class designed to help you reconnect with your body after pregnancy and birth. Focus on rebuilding your core and pelvic floor strength, improving posture and overall strength through safe, low-impact movement - all while your little one stays by your side. No reformer experience required.
What's included?
- 1 class per week for six weeks
- Same day, time & instructor each week
- Pre/postnatal certified instructor
- Progressive programming focused on rebuilding core and pelvic floor strength after birth
- Bring your baby along (non-crawling babies only)
- WhatsApp support group between classes
- A lovely social space to connect with other mums
Medical clearance is essential before joining this course.
